Subject: Classics of Acoustics
This was written by a physicist cousin of the famous Wallace Clemen Sabine 1868-1919.

Architects and Acoustic Engineers of today shall be inspired by the ingenious and industrious endeavor to bring light of physics to quasi-scientific field of acoustics at the time.

Just imagine how he would challenge the problems if he were with digital technologies of today.
